HECM Advisor Program
As an added benefit to Financial Freedom Approved Correspondents, we offer the HECM Advisor Program. This gives you the opportunity to partner with non-FHA approved mortgage professionals that already have a relationship with a senior. A HECM Advisor, under your guidance, will educate a senior customer and offer him or her any necessary resources regarding reverse mortgages. You, as the FHA broker/correspondent, must take application, and at the close of the loan, pay a fee back to the HECM Advisor.
