General Points

• Financial Freedom UNARx Card program is FREE and open to anyone. There are no income requirements, age limitations and no enrollment. Simply take the pre-activated card into your local pharmacy, with your prescription, and you will receive an instant discount.
• The discounts will vary depending upon the medication but the scale below should give you a general idea:
  Generic - 35-45% average savings (with some savings as high as 75%)
  Brand - 10-20% average savings (with some savings as high as 50%)
  Note: There are some drugs that do not qualify for a discount. If this should happen or if you are not happy with your savings please call 877.321.6755.
• Each member of the family will need their own card.

Medicare Points

• The UNARx card may work well for those experiencing the Medicare "donut hole", to provide savings during a time when you are expected to pay 100% out of pocket towards your medications.

If you already have prescription coverage through your insurance:

• The UNARx card can be used to supplement your coverage. You can use our card to provide a discount on non-formulary medications (medications not covered by your plan). With this non-formulary list continuing to grow, this card can be a great supplement to any benefit program currently in place.

Additional Free Savings Programs

US Vision Plan (www.usvisionplan.com) - US Vision Plan provides scheduled discounts from retail price on both eye examinations and corrective materials. Discounts are either a percentage or fixed dollar amount off of the retail price of a service, material, or lens treatment option. US Vision Plan's provider panel includes optical locations, such as Pearle Vision, Sears Optical, JCPenney Optical and Target Optical. There are no limitations on the amount of examinations or materials that can be purchased using the scheduled discounts.

$25 Dollar Prescription Eyeglasses (www.25dollareyeglasses.net) - $25 prescription eyeglasses can be purchased online and mailed straight to your door.

Diabetic Savings Plan (www.diabeticsavingplan.com) - This is a mail-order discount diabetic supply program. Simply refer to the website or call 866-766-4610 to order your supplies at up to 50% off retail prices.

Doctor Help Line (www.unadoctoroncall.com) - Save 40% off membership to Doctor On Call which provides immediate telephone access to Board Certified physicians using a toll-free number. Doctor On Call provides every member their own personalized membership card and information detailing the unlimited 24-hour-a-day access to our more than 240 Board Certified physicians. Hearing - Call 866-988-5403 for a 40% discount on hearing aid benefits.
